Kylie joined GfK bluemoon in 2001 and is a quantitative researcher with a commercial and government research background on both the agency and client-side. Kylie has worked across a wide range of categories, including social and government media, financial services, telecommunications, garden products and FMCG. She also established and manages the SMH custom online panel/community.
Prior to her time at GfK bluemoon, Kylie worked for three years managing the Sydney customised research team at Roy Morgan Research. Kylie has also worked on the client side at the Department of Health and Ageing and managed quantitative research projects while working for other Government departments, including the National Crime Authority, NSW Department of Corrective Services, Leicestershire Constabulary (UK) and the Homecare Service of NSW.
Kylie won the inaugural 2006 AMSRS 'Commercial award for excellence in research effectiveness' in conjunction with AUSTAR Entertainment. She has a BSc in Psychology and Masters degrees in Psychology and Criminology and remains fascinated by the criminal mind. She is also a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and is QPMR accredited.
