Claire arrived in Australia in 2002 and joined GfK bluemoon shortly afterwards. She is still thoroughly enjoying the hugely varied mix of social and commercial work across a diverse range of clients.
With eighteen years of qualitative research to date, Claire has experience across almost the entire gamut of project types, but is most excited by motivational segmentation, brand strategy and communication work.
Claire has a degree in French and a post-grad diploma in Marketing Management. Before joining Blue Moon she did two stints of four years at Scotland's leading qualitative agency where she was a Director, broken up by over two years in Hong Kong at Asia Market Intelligence (now Synovate), conducting their pan-Asia Pacific regional qualitative work, and one year in Tokyo.
When she's not trying to understand what makes people tick, you can generally find Claire bushwalking around Sydney's north shore, planning or experiencing her next travel adventure and most recently, trying to re-learn the French she has forgotten.
